Subject to applicable payment and compliance, Crelivo OÜ grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use CeneLiora on the number of devices stated in the offer for the purchased term.

CeneLiora sells only a licence to use media-player software. CeneLiora does not provide, host or sell channels, playlists, IPTV sources, videos or content subscriptions.
The licence grants no right in third-party media or services. The user is solely responsible for the legality, security and availability of configured sources.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, translate, rent, sell, sublicense or redistribute the software except where legally or expressly authorized.
- Do not bypass activation, per-device limits or technical protection.
- Do not decompile or reverse engineer except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
- Do not use the software to infringe rights, commit fraud, attack systems or provide an unlawful service.
Updates
Updates may patch vulnerabilities, maintain compatibility or change the service. Some may be required for secure continued use. We communicate material technical requirements where possible.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Crelivo OÜ and its licensors retain every right not expressly granted.
End of licence
The licence ends when the purchased term expires and may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud or legal requirement. After termination, paid use must cease. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Warranties and liability
The software is supplied with applicable statutory guarantees. We do not warrant third-party sources, their content or availability. No exclusion applies to liability that law does not permit us to limit.
