Terms for ordering, paying for and receiving CeneLiora licences.
Seller and product
CeneLiora is operated by Crelivo OÜ, an Estonian company registered under number 17608823, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Phone: +1 581 992 1909. Email: [email protected]. Crelivo OÜ is not VAT-registered as of this version.
CeneLiora sells only a licence to use media-player software. CeneLiora does not provide, host or sell channels, playlists, IPTV sources, videos or content subscriptions.
Each offer states the licence term, permitted device count, total price, currency and whether payment is one-time or recurring before payment.
Compatibility
Customers must check TV, region and connection compatibility before purchasing. Subject to eligibility, one 14-day free trial per account and device is provided to test the app on the relevant TV. App-store availability may vary by country and model.
Order
The customer selects a plan, reviews the order, accepts the required contract documents and uses a button that clearly states the obligation to pay. An order becomes final only after the payment provider confirms it and CeneLiora verifies the webhook.
Price, tax and payment
The final amount due, currency, applicable taxes and discounts appear in the Stripe order summary before the order is confirmed. Crelivo OÜ is not VAT-registered as of this version; that status may change, and the checkout summary controls the amount actually due. Stripe processes payment; Crelivo OÜ does not receive the full card number.
Unless the order summary expressly says otherwise, plans displayed as one-time payments do not renew automatically.
Licence delivery
After a verified Stripe webhook confirms payment, the purchased term is added to the licence. If paid access is still active, the new term starts at its current expiry; otherwise it starts when payment is activated.
The licence is personal, non-transferable and bound to the identified TV, subject to statutory rights and justified support action.
Withdrawal and immediate performance
An EEA consumer generally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. For immediate digital supply, that right is lost only where every applicable legal condition is satisfied, including the customer's prior express request, an unambiguous acknowledgment of the loss of the right, actual commencement of supply and confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
The immediate-performance request and acknowledgment of the loss of the right are collected separately during checkout and repeated in the contractual confirmation sent by email. If a condition is not met or applicable law characterizes the supply differently, the withdrawal right remains available. Statutory remedies for lack of conformity always remain available.
Complaints and refunds
Practical steps are in the refund policy. Submit a request through the portal, contact form or [email protected]. No term limits a mandatory consumer right.
Evidence and confirmation
Order confirmation, invoice or receipt, accepted policy version and payment events evidence the transaction. After payment, a durable contractual confirmation is sent by email with the offer summary, recorded consents, accepted legal versions and withdrawal procedure. Keep that message and its attachment.
Law and disputes
Estonian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. First submit a written complaint to [email protected]; Crelivo OÜ responds within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may use the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the competent cross-border body free of charge, without losing access to a court available under applicable law.
