These terms govern use of the website, customer portal, CeneLiora application and related services. Licence purchases are also subject to the terms of sale and EULA.
Nature of the product
CeneLiora sells only a licence to use media-player software. CeneLiora does not provide, host or sell channels, playlists, IPTV sources, videos or content subscriptions.
Users add their own sources and warrant that they have every right and authorization required to access and use them.
Account and security
- Provide accurate information and keep your email address current.
- Keep passwords, recovery codes and authentication methods confidential.
- Promptly report unauthorized account activity.
- Do not share accounts or bypass per-device licence limits.
Prohibited use
- Using CeneLiora to access content without authorization or infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Reselling, renting, redistributing or making the software or service access available to others.
- Bypassing security, licence limits, access controls or technical protections.
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code except where mandatory law permits it.
- Introducing malware, automating abusive requests or trying to access another person's account or data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents or external causes may require interruptions.
Features may change for technical, security or compliance reasons. We will communicate material changes affecting user rights appropriately.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, security risk, an applicable recurring-payment default, a material breach or a legal requirement. Where circumstances allow, the user will be informed and may provide an explanation.
Liability
CeneLiora is not responsible for the availability, legality, quality or content of third-party sources added by users. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
Estonian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Contact [email protected] before filing a claim so we can seek an amicable solution.
