Deliberately minimal collection
CeneLiora limits collection to what is needed to provide the player, synchronize sources you choose to add, manage your account, license, support and billing. We do not sell personal data or use your sources for advertising.
What we keep
- Your email address and customer account information.
- A hashed device fingerprint and technical activation information.
- Sources you add, encrypted credentials, imported metadata, favourites and playback progress needed for the player's synchronization features.
- Billing information related to your purchase.
- Your exchanges with support (tickets and replies).
CeneLiora does not provide, host or sell any channel or content subscription. Full purposes, recipients and retention criteria are set out in our privacy policy.
Your rights
Under applicable regulations, you may request access to, rectification of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data, as well as the restriction of its processing.
